My photography journey began way back learning photography while at secondary school with a Zenit-E SLR film camera. While the basic principles may not have changed much, today’s modern digital cameras are much more versatile making life much easier on the ground, in the air & editing.

I have thousands of hours as a commercial pilot, much of it travelling in outback Australia while operating air tours.  I have been to some great destinations, but travelling by air the journey is often as awe inspiring as the destination.

The magnificent scenes I encountered inspired me to share the experience through photography with views from both ground level & above.

Photography & Aviation make a great combination, from outback vistas to suburban streets aerial images bring a different perspective.
